A late bill favorable to marijuana has been introduced in the Colorado Senate. SB218 allows anyone who was convicted of a marijuana offense that would not have been illegal had Amendment 64 been in effect at that time to request sealing of the conviction record. It’s being heard today (Wednesday) in the Senate Judiciary Committee! Show your support by calling, emailing, or testifying!
