Earlier in June, I lost a very dear friend, Karla, but her journey continues to inspire me. I spoke about her at a recent meeting of the Colorado NORML Women’s Alliance.

Karla was my hero, my inspiration to continue fighting. And I will not stop advocating for the safe access to cannabis for every patient who needs it.

What we create here in Colorado will be a beacon of hope for other states and countries. Let’s create something amazing!
