Mini Poker Run and Carnival
Saturday, June 25

1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
4635 West Byron Place
Denver, CO 80212

$10 for 5 cards / $15 for 7 cards

WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT 4:20!

PRIZE CATEGORIES: Best hand, worst hand, best natural, random drawing, best booth, best activity and more!

We’re inviting organizations and supporters to participate! Set up a fun activity like hoola-hoops, a bean-bag toss, a wheel of fortune or temporary tattoos. Or do a demonstration like planting tomatoes or glass blowing. It’s up to you. This is a great opportunity to talk about what you do with people you may not have reached before in a fun and exciting atmosphere.

We’re also looking for sponsors of food and prizes. If you have something cool to donate, we’d love to give your product away! Do you have a popcorn, cotton candy or snow-cone machine? We’d love to have it there!

If you’ve never heard of a Poker Run, this is how it works. The player is given a sheet to record their cards. They visit stations and draw from the deck of cards. The card they drew is recorded on the sheet. After they’ve drawn 5 or 7 cards, they return the sheet with their poker hand to the judges to be included in the prize awards.

For those who have heard of a Poker Run, this is not a motorcycle event. This is a small carnival-type fun event.

The goal is to have fun, stimulate conversation, and raise money for Cannabis Patients Alliance!

Although this event is geared toward adults, children and families are welcome.

Even if you can’t make it to this event, you can still support us. Cannabis Patients Alliance is working hard to change hearts and minds, one conversation at a time. We can’t do it alone. We need your support! Please, DONATE NOW or BECOME AN ALLY so we can continue this important work.
