Cannabis Patients Alliance 
I have been diagnosed with PTSD. The University of Chicago sponsered use of Cannabis as a medical treatment. When I inquired about it, they chastised me for asking about help for myself. I believe they did this because I am black. I don’t need them to buy “weed”. I am only interested in real help for the condition I suffer from.

It’s unfortunate that such educated people can be so stupid. Assuming that patients just want to get high. I’m sorry you had this experience.

The color of ones skin shouldn’t even remotely resemble what they may need as a patient. Regardless of skin color, a patient is a patient, a veteran is someone who has served our country, and WE OWE IT TO THEM….to say the very least, to help fight for the right to consume cannabis for PTSD. They put their lives on the line for our freedom and thy deserve to be able to utilize the medicinal effects of cannabis! With all due respect, thank you L J Smith for serving our country! I hope you can find the relief you deserve!
